Information sharing agreements

The sharing of personal information between organisations must be covered by an information sharing agreement.

We've signed up to an overarching Information Sharing Protocol. This sets out the principles by which we abide to when sharing information.

A separate information sharing agreement is needed for each agreement to share information between organisations. The information sharing agreement must be finalised before sharing begins.
