We have a core induction checklist and also an induction checklist for leaders. These are for:
- new colleagues joining us
- line managers of new colleagues
- new leaders, either new to Derbyshire or recently promoted
- line managers of new leaders
Core induction checklist
This is for everyone joining us, to support new colleagues to quickly settle into their role.
This is available, along with all core learning via the induction programme on Derbyshire Learning Online.
Leader induction checklist
Leader describes all levels of leader – from first line supervisor to executive director – this applies to anyone managing projects, services, or people.
It is for new leaders, either new to Derbyshire or recently promoted, this should be completed in addition to the core induction. The Leader induction checklist is attached to this page.
