2025 employee survey - team results and local action plan

By the end of October, your line manager will meet with you to share your team’s employee survey results and seek your input and involvement in developing a local action plan. This plan will set out how you will work together to address some of the issues raised through the survey at a local level.

At an organisation level, focus groups are being held throughout October and November with our volunteer engagement network, to consider key actions to drive improvement in the lowest 4 scoring areas. We’ll keep you updated on progress!

A pulse survey will be launched in December to provide a quick insight into how you are feeling about the progress on action planning at both an organisation and local level.
