2025 employee survey – sharing the team results

Since publishing the organisation level 2025 employee survey results last month, we’ve been sharing department level results with senior leaders and making plans in response to what you’ve told us at an organisation level. 


We’ve now shared the 2025 employee survey results with leaders down to team level, based on the organisation structure that was included in this year’s survey. Leaders received a report, provided at least 10 members of their team completed the survey. If fewer than 10 took part, the results will be included in the team report for the next tier up – this is to help protect the anonymity of those who responded. 

As well as the survey results, we shared the verbatim comments that were made (provided there were at least 10 responses) and resources to support managers. 

Between now and the end of October, your line manager will arrange a meeting to share the results with you and your team and ask for your input and involvement to develop a local action plan. This plan will set out how you will work together to address some of the issues raised through the survey at a local level.
