Accurately record absence relating to menopause

In line with our new menopause policy, we're introducing new sickness categories to our absence recording so that our data is more accurate and we can better support you.
From 1 October 2023, menopause will be available as a primary sickness category which can be supported with an appropriate secondary category aligned to common symptoms.
Please ensure that all instances of sickness are recorded as accurately as possible from day one, so that we can use this information to develop our employee wellbeing support.
