Activities and workshops to support Menopause Awareness Month

In support of October's Menopause Awareness Month and World Menopause Day on Friday 18 October, we want to improve awareness and provide support to colleagues.

Activities and workshops

There are several activities and workshops running this month which you can book onto:

• Every Thursday 8am to 8.30am - menopause yoga online (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
• Tuesday 1 October 2pm to 3pm - menopause practitioner question and answer
• Tuesday 15 October 2pm to 3pm - menopause café
• Wednesday 16 October midday to 1pm - talking about menopause to the important people in your life (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
• Wednesday 16 October 6pm to 6.45pm - cook-along food and the female body (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
• Friday 18 October 10am to 11am - menopause and treatments explained (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
• Friday 18 October midday to 12.20pm - menopause relief - self massage techniques (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
• Tuesday 22 October 2pm to 2.30pm - managing fatigue in and out of work (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
• Thursday 24 October 11am to 11.40pm - menopause and hair loss with Midlands Trichology (recordings through our on-demand channel with the password 'Wellbeing'.)
