With PDR mid-year reviews around the corner, you may be considering an apprenticeship to support with your personal development and career plan.
Apprenticeships provide practical experience alongside a structured training programme delivered by approved training providers and are a great way to develop new skills, knowledge and experience.
There are hundreds of apprenticeship options available, meaning this could be an option for you.
We’re hosting 2 virtual drop-in sessions on Thursday 17 September to support anyone who has a question about apprenticeships at the council:
Line managers' session - 11am to 12pm.
Employees' session - 2pm to 3pm.
