Here are some important ways you can help:

• You must wear your ID badge and it must always be visible.
• All visitors must sign in and be collected from reception and then be escorted through the building.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised individuals from tailgating behind you through access-controlled doors and politely challenge anyone not wearing an ID badge, directing them to reception if necessary.
• If you have any concerns about individuals in the building, alert your building's reception colleagues or a manager.
• If you have lost your ID badge or fob, notify your line manager and report a security via security incident on Halo immediately.
