A 12-week consultation will seek people’s views on plans to redesign the way we provide day opportunities and short breaks.
The consultation is due to start on 24 April and run until Monday 17 July with an online questionnaire available for the public to fill in.
No decisions about the future of our services would be made until we’d heard people’s views and taken these fully into consideration.
Our staff will fully support everyone directly affected by the proposals, their families and carers to give their views and they will also receive HR support as part of the consultation process.
