Changes to the way we store your data

The way your employee data is retained is changing. Currently, employee files are held in a variety of ways and in different locations.


We’ve developed an Electronic Document Records Management (EDRM) system so your personal data can be retained in a standardised and more secure way which is accessible to you and your manager from your desktop.

We’re planning to launch the new system over the summer and we’ll issue more detailed guidance to explain how managers can store and access documents and how employees can view their record.

The employee privacy notice has been amended accordingly.
