Contacting HR Services pay team over the phone

Please contact HR Services using Microsoft Teams wherever possible, but if you can't, you can contact them over the phone on 01629 535119 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) or email email@example.com.
You can use this number to talk to the HR Services pay team for any pay-related queries for council employees and pensioners, but please be aware that the options have now changed:
- option 1 – if you are a pensioner and have a pay query
- option 2 – for queries about a new job - in relation to your contract or new payroll record
- option 3 – if you have any other pay-related queries or have recently left employment.
