Continue to work from home where possible

29 March 2021

Monday 29 March 2021 sees us take the next step on the government roadmap out of lockdown as the 'stay at home' rule is lifted.

From Monday, outdoor gatherings of either 6 people or 2 households will be allowed and we'll be able to take part in formally organised outdoor sports.

In line with government advice we continue to ask all colleagues to work from home where possible until at least 21 June 2021. It's vitally important that we follow this advice to help manage infection rates while the vaccine programme is rolled out.

We already know that we won't be going back entirely to our old ways of working and the Modern Ways of Working project continues to explore what our future way of working may look like. Decisions will also be informed by the strategic review of property which includes looking at how we use all our office spaces, and our commitment to reducing carbon emissions.

We hope to be in a position to share more details over the coming weeks of the short and longer-term vision for the way we work.

Whether you are currently working from home, one of our COVID-secure workplaces or out in the community, this continues to be a challenging time. Please discuss any concerns you have with your line manager and remember that there is wellbeing support available if you need it.
