Deaf awareness week

27 April 2023

This year's Deaf Awareness Week runs from 2 to 8 May 2023 and the theme is 'Access to Communication' which highlights the need to break down barriers to communication that prevent Deaf people from fully taking part in society.

Events are taking place during the week, both online and in person where you can meet our deaf and sensory team, hear stories from the Deaf community and understand more about hearing loss.
