It's been a busy week for Derbyshire as part of Team East Midlands at the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in Leeds.

Armed with a portfolio of development opportunities worth billions of pounds to grow investment in the county’s economy, we've been showcasing to developers and investors all that Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands region has to offer.

Derbyshire offers a diverse pipeline of investment-ready sites across advanced manufacturing, logistics, clean growth, housing and regeneration and the team has met with UKREiiF delegates this week who were keen to find out more. It follows the launch of our latest Invest in Derbyshire campaign.
