If you haven’t registered yet for the My Pension Online service, now is the time to do it in readiness to access your statement. You only need to register once.
You’ll need to fill in the My Pension Online access form to add your personal email address to your pension record. The team will then email you within 5 working days to let you know when you can complete your registration.
When you register and login, you’ll be able to browse and update your own pension details. This includes being able to:
- access your annual statements and other documents
- use the pension benefit projectors
- update your own personal details
- contact the Pension Fund and upload documents securely.
Visit the My Pension Online homepage to get started. Team members will be available in County Hall reception between 11:30am and 3pm on 14 August to help with registration queries. Please make sure you have access to your emails to complete the registration process.
