We're continuing our review of employee mobile phones to ensure our records are accurate and that devices remain secure, supported and suitable for use.

If you have a work mobile phone, please complete the mobile phone information survey, if you haven’t already done so.

You'll need to provide details of the handset you currently have. If you're unsure of the make or model, or how to find this out, instructions are included on the form.

If you no longer need the mobile phone, please return it to the asset management team along with an ICT return form on Halo.
