We hope the answers here explain the reasons behind why some suggestions cannot be taken forward at this time but we would like to thank everyone for their ideas. Next week we will be sharing our new organisation action plan for 2022/23.
Please can all line managers ensure their teams are briefed on this communication, particularly those who do not have a Derbyshire County Council email address, or who don’t access it regularly.
