Employee survey - "I am rewarded fairly"

As we communicated last week, we're sending out a short series of communications to share with you:

  • what activity is already underway to address some of your feedback and suggestions
  • what suggestions you have put forward that we are unable to take forward at this time and the reasons why
  • and finally, what new activities will be included in our new organisation action plan for 2022-23

This week, we are focusing on "I am rewarded fairly", one of our 3 priority areas from the employee survey. Our briefing note contains some of the suggestions and ideas put forward by colleagues who attended department and organisation forums. We'll start with sharing what activity is already underway to address some of these or where an answer has been made clear.

Please can all line managers ensure their teams are briefed on this communication, particularly those who do not have a Derbyshire County Council email address, or who don't access it regularly. It's important that we are updating all colleagues on what we're doing to address their feedback from the employee survey.
