Employee survey update

Since we ran our employee survey in February, each department has run an engagement forum to discuss the results of the survey. Some of the employees who attended these sessions were also invited to an organisation forum on 22 July.

This hybrid session discussed the feedback from the department forums including how improvements could be made.

From this, we now have a list of actions which will be discussed at the next corporate management team session and an action plan will be agreed. We’ll share the results of this as soon as we can and tell you honestly what we can do and what we can’t.

What’s equally important is for each team to focus on progressing their own action plans so please keep them on your agendas so we can all carry on improving and making this a great place to work.
