End of year performance development review (PDR)

All end of year PDRs need to be completed by 31 March.


The PDR template should be used to structure the end of year performance review meeting. This is a 2-way discussion and an opportunity to:

  • reflect on the past 12 months
  • review and provide feedback on performance against goals, noting that goals can change throughout the year, and this should be reflected and updated
  • discuss career aspirations
  • discuss development plans, what has been achieved, what were the obstacles and the learning from the year. 

If you don't have an end of year review meeting scheduled, please discuss with your manager.
