Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and workforce action plan 2022/2023

Thank you to all those who contributed to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy development and consultation. The strategy is currently being finalised and will take into account the feedback received through the public consultation.

As a part of the strategy, we’ve created a number of workstreams to progress our EDI agenda – one of them being an EDI workforce workstream, addressing workforce issues in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Throughout February we'll be running a number of Teams information sessions to raise awareness and provide an opportunity for employees across departments to discuss our proposed EDI workforce action plan. The plan has been developed by the EDI workforce workstream with representatives from all departments, trade unions and support from our employee network groups.

  • Thursday 10 February 2022, 4pm to 4.45pm
  • Tuesday 15 February 2022, 10am to 10.45am
  • Tuesday 22 February 2022, 4pm to 4.45pm
