This is the second in our series of events, ‘Everyone on board’. These events are all about providing a platform for different voices and different ways of doing things, ultimately to create better outcomes and improve health and wellbeing with people in Derbyshire, including marginalised and under-represented sections of the population, which is a priority for our whole system.

About the session: co-production - ‘from values to action’ (Everyone on board session 2)
The Co-Production Collective are at the cutting edge of co-production supporting policy, research and practice nationally and internationally. Isaac Samuels is passionate about all things co-production and brings with him so much experience and insight.
We gathered your feedback on the Professor Donna Hall session, and you told us you wanted to know more about how to move from values to action.
Given what you told us, we’ll be discussing:
- behaviours and mindsets that create the conditions for co-production
- creating inclusive, accessible spaces and inviting everyone to take part on an equal basis
- putting values into practice around rebalancing power and recognising everyone’s contributions.
- practical tools for co-production
