Find out about the wellbeing support available to you and try out some virtual reality mindfulness

The Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) wellbeing team will be in the reception area at County Hall on Tuesday 1 August between 11am and 1pm to share the wellbeing support that is available to you.

Drop in to try out the VR headset for a relaxing mindfulness experience and also find out about wellbeing workshops, the JUCD activity timetable and psychological support. For more information, email DDICB.wellbeing@nhs.net.
