Our newly established Portfolio Management and Transformation team brings together programme and project management professionals from across the council into one centralised hub. 

Watch a video to find out more about what the team does, and how they ensure that change is managed smoothly and help the council to maximise the return on its investment in projects and programmes.

We have also recently updated the tools and guidance section on our Programme and Project SharePoint site, with new templates, for example those for project planning, highlight reports, mandates and business cases. You can request access if you don’t already have it.
