Do you work with residents who may be at risk of being manipulated by a loan shark?

We're running a training session to help people understand the world of illegal money lending and how to identify victims and signpost them to specialist support. This is especially important as the current financial climate is affecting so many people and putting them at an increased risk of falling victim to a loan shark.

The training is free of charge and is available for all those working with communities and residents who may be at risk of being manipulated by a loan shark. It will also detail affordable, safe alternatives to illegal and high cost lending.

The next session is on 19 May from 10am to 11.30am.
