This includes entering your flexitime, requesting annual leave and entering travel clams. Line managers will also use Fiori to approve leave and travel requests, submit personnel change request (PCR) forms and run reports.
The new Fiori dashboard will be straightforward and easy to use but we’ll be offering plenty of help to get your started including user guides and training sessions.
You’ll have a new Fiori icon on your desktop and will get instant access to your dashboard once you’ve logged into your work computer – no need to enter your password again.
You’ll be able to use all the same HR self-service functions that are currently available in Workplace but they’ll be easier to access through a dashboard with an improved look and feel. You’ll also be able to access Fiori on your mobile phone.
The user guides will be available on the Learning Centre from Monday 4 March and a selection of training webinars will begin during the week commencing Monday 18 March to show you how to use the HR features.
Please look out for communication about these resources and ensure you use them before the upgrade takes place.
