Free activities to improve your wellbeing

6 May 2022

As part of a Joined Up Care Derbyshire initiative, you can take advantage of a number of free activities that can help with your overall wellbeing.

There is a huge range of activities available - from fitness sessions lasting from just 20 minutes and healthy eating on a budget to sessions on menopause and to how support a child with their mental health.

Some activities are online and some are in person, so take a look at what is available.

Also, for Mental Health Awareness Week, which takes place next week, to help people reconnect with others there are sessions organised at County Hall which are available for anyone to join. There's no need to book, just turn up.
