Mobile device users currently set up a 4-digit PIN for their device. To improve our device security, from 17 January you will now be required to set up a 6-digit PIN. Users will soon receive an email stating they will need to update their PIN with instructions on how to do so.
On your work mobile go to:
settings > lock screen > screen lock type > enter your current PIN > PIN > enter your new 6 digit PIN.

You have until April to update your PIN. If the PIN hasn’t been updated to 6 digits by then you won’t be able to use your device until this is done.
