Guidance on surveys and consultations

10 December 2020

Since you installed Microsoft 365, you may have noticed an application called Forms, which is a tool to create surveys and questionnaires.

However, before you plan any engagement or consultation, you need to talk to the appropriate departmental consultation and engagement representative. These representatives will be able to advise you on how to design your consultation and help you follow the correct processes to ensure quality, data protection and security.
