Have your say by completing the new employee pulse survey

Completing these surveys is really important as they help us to understand the views and feelings of colleagues across the council and involve you in decisions that are made about the future. 


Our initial pulse survey in June was the start of a regular series of surveys which aim to gather feedback from colleagues, so we’ll be asking you to complete these on a regular basis.

We’ve made the survey much shorter and easier to complete so it will only take a few minutes of your time.

If you have a derbyshire.gov.uk email address, then you should have received an email with a personalised link to the survey. Please don’t share this link with anyone else as it will be pre-populated with your information to save you time.

If you didn’t receive a personalised link or don’t have a council email address, you can still complete the employee survey.

All the responses will be summarised and only shared anonymously.
