Have your say on changes to health visiting services

If you work with pre-school families or have young children yourself we’d like you to have your say about plans to change the way we support them. We'd also appreciate your help to spread the word about the consultation.

Together with Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust, we’re asking for people’s views on 6 proposals to transform heath visiting services.

The consultation is the second phase of a review looking at how services could be delivered more effectively to ensure they remain sustainable and finite resources are targeted at families who need the most support.
