Every 4 years a new Council Plan is developed and published, which sets out our direction and aims to reflect the needs of Derbyshire residents. That plan is then refreshed annually.
The new Council Plan for 2025 to 2029 is now in draft form and a 6-week consultation has been launched to give Derbyshire residents, partners, employees and stakeholders the chance to give their views and help to shape the plan before it is finalised early next year.
Within the consultation we are asking for feedback on our draft vision and outcomes, strategic objectives, outcome framework, operating principles, values and customer promises.
In addition to the survey, we are also holding some focus groups internally, giving small groups of colleagues the opportunity to discuss the plan and its impact. We're also using our new colleague roadshows to share our draft vision and outcomes and to gather feedback on our draft values and customer promises.
