Induction learning available to all colleagues

When an employee joins the council or starts a new role, the induction forms the first 6 months of their mandatory learning pathway.
A revised induction programme was launched in November 2023 and is now automatically assigned to new starters on Derbyshire Learning Online. This has replaced the previous induction checklist on Our Derbyshire.
Many aspects of this induction could be useful for existing employees to complete, either as a refresher or even to learn new things that you haven’t had the opportunity to be aware of. Please use the following links for more information and to complete any of the learning that may be of interest to you.
