Interim Executive Director for Adult Social Care and Health

As Simon Stevens takes up the post of Interim Chief Executive while a permanent successor to Emma Alexander is recruited, Gemma Poulter has been appointed as the Interim Executive Director for Adult Social Care and Health and will begin in post from Monday 27 October 2025.

This includes the statutory position as Director of Adult Social Services and Gemma brings her experience having held the deputy role.
