Our aim is that care workers will experience more flexibility and opportunities in the area that they live, and we can share their excellent skills and quality support across multiple care settings. It will help us ensure that we are set up, so expertise can be targeted to the areas that need it most and this is all part of work to make sure the council is operating efficiently.
