Most of us enjoy a glass of wine or beer in moderation, but there’s no such thing as risk-free drinking.
The more you drink, the higher the risk and research shows that drinking less than 14 units a week keeps the risks to a minimum. If you are drinking more than 14 units per week, or feel like your drinking is becoming a problem, and want help to cut down, there is support to help.
