We will mark this important event by lighting a candle at 11am in our offices in Matlock. We will also light up County Hall purple in the evening.
Lighting the candle
Our Civic Chairman, Councillor Tony Kemp will light the candle, along with our Managing Director, Emma Alexander.
There will also be a display in the reception area with information about the Holocaust and genocides that have happened since.
You are welcome to attend the ceremony and take a look at the display. You can also light a candle at home in a Light the Darkness national moment at 8pm.
