Currently 38% of colleagues have responded, so thank you to everyone who has submitted their survey so far. Last year, we achieved a final response rate of 42% and this year, we'd like to hear from even more of you.
Why is this important? Because the more people that respond to the survey, the more representative the results will be and we can see what the majority of colleagues think about working here.
