As a reminder, the categories this year are:
- Rising Star Award
- Employee of the Year Award
- Inspiring Leader Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Innovation Award
- Serving Our Communities Award
- High Performing Team Award
- The Managing Director's Award
Each nomination will be carefully considered by our shortlisting panel who will select the finalists for each category. Our Managing Director, Emma Alexander, and our executive directors will then select the winners.
All the finalists will be invited to attend our awards event in September 2025.
