Users who currently access Workplace or OrderPoint for their HR, procurement or self-service activities will instead access the system through a new Fiori dashboard. The dashboard is easy to use and navigate, and there will be some improved functionality for both HR and OrderPoint users.
We will be providing updated online guidance for all Fiori dashboard users on the Learning Centre from 4 March 2024, as well as tailored training webinars from 11 March 2024 onwards leading up to and after the launch on 2 April 2024.
We'll be sending out further information about how to access the online guidance and how to book on the training webinars next week. Please look out for more information on how to access the resources and encourage them to visit the Learning Centre or register for the webinars before the upgrade takes place.
Staff that currently use the SAP Logon icon on their desktop to perform HR, finance or procurement (stores) duties will continue to use this method of entry and the functionality won't change.
