This in-person and online event will provide a crucial platform for discussion, education, and positive steps towards an inclusive and equitable environment in Derbyshire.
It's proudly hosted by Derbyshire Network Action (DNA) and will bring together Derbyshire-based organisations to promote LGBT+ inclusion.

Location: Derby City Council House and online
The event will:
- discuss the state of LGBT+ inclusion, challenges and opportunities in Derby and Derbyshire
- reflect on achievements of DNA and the power of collaboration
- share experiences to better understand impact of current issues on individuals, communities and on workplace culture
- explore strategies for promoting equity, diversity, and LGBT+ inclusion and best practices for individuals and organisations
- explore how science and innovation impacts on our daily lives (theme of this year's LGBT+ History Month)
