Lifetime achievement award for canal restoration work

Congratulations to Peter Storey who has received a lifetime achievement award from the Chesterfield Canal Trust.

Peter, a regeneration specialist who retired last year, was honoured at a recent Canal Trust meeting for his work on the large scale restoration of the canal during his time working at Derbyshire County Council.
