Looking after your fitness and wellbeing for free

Don’t forget that our free online fitness sessions for employees are still running.


There are 7 sessions a week including Lower back stretch and strengthen, Pilates, yoga, circuits and legs bums and tums. They are all free to attend on Microsoft Teams.

You can book onto a live fitness session or watch a fitness session recording.

As well as these sessions, there is also Joined Up Care Derbyshire’s activity programme of virtual and in-person activities to support your physical and mental wellbeing and includes:

  • menopause support
  • salsa dancing
  • men’s mental health
  • running and walking groups
  • neurodiversity support
