Men's Mental Health Awareness Month and more from Joined Up Care Derbyshire wellbeing

This November is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to encourage open conversations and challenge the stigma surrounding men's mental health. We want to highlight some of the sessions available through Joined Up Care.
Derbyshire's (JUCD) wellbeing programme that emphasise the importance of talking, staying connected with friends, being active and understanding your own health:
- Wellbeing overview for new managers: Monday 3 November, 11am to midday
- Master your sleep workshop: Wednesday 5 November, 11am to midday
- Coping with stress workshop: Thursday 6 November, 12pm to 12:45pm
- Managing workplace stress and burnout for managers: Friday 7 November 10am to 10:30am
- Your financial future course: Wednesday 12 November, 1pm to 3pm
- REACT mental health conversation training: Friday 14 November 2pm to 3pm
- Supporting yourself following trauma: Monday 17 November, 2pm to 3pm
- Wellbeing conversation training: Wednesday 19 November, 2pm to 4.30pm
- Men's health – promoting a healthy bladder: Friday 21 November, 11am to 11:45am
- Self-care – making yourself a priority: Friday 28 November, 1pm to 1:45pm
- Men’s mental health: Tools for tough times: Wednesday 26 November,11am to midday
- How to have better conversations around mental health: Wednesday 26 November, 11am to midday
- Mane Game: A guide to men's hair loss and health: Thursday 27 November 1pm to 1:45pm
