The site is continually updated with top tips, new features and training resources so you can keep up to speed with the latest developments at a time that suits you.
As well as some basic introductions to the different tools, it includes information about how to run live events in Teams, how to share files and folders in OneDrive and how to use lots of other apps including Microsoft Forms, Planner and Stream.
It’s filled with official Microsoft content so you can be sure you’re getting advice from the experts but it also includes information specific to the way we use Microsoft 365 at the council. It’s managed by the Service Desk so the advice and support you get will be consistent.
So, if you’re looking for help with Microsoft 365 or have some time to develop your digital skills, visit the Microsoft 365 Learning Centre.
If you’re a council computer user you’ll notice a new M365 learning centre app on your desktop so you can find the site quickly when you need to.
