More coronavirus testing stations open

15 January 2021

People living in Heanor, Loscoe, Langley Mill, Shipley and Smalley are now being asked to come in for a coronavirus test as part of our targeted community testing programme for people over the age of 11 and who don’t have symptoms.

Two more centres will open on Monday 18 January. One in Shirebrook for people living in the town or in nearby Whaley Thorns, Langwith, Scarcliffe and Pleasley. And one in South Normanton for people from the area including Blackwell, Pinxton and Westhouses.

We’re still looking for more people to take on the various roles at the testing sites, either those who already work for us or external applicants.

If you’re an existing employee and you’re interested in taking on one of the roles, please complete the expression of interest form.

Thank you to everyone who has already submitted a form, if you haven’t heard from us yet then we will be in touch as soon as possible but in the meantime, please do not resubmit the form.

If you know someone who doesn’t already work for us but would be interested, please let them know about our vacancies.
