My Plan 2022/23

My Plan provides the opportunity for our employees to agree an individual work plan, receive useful feedback on their performance and identify the support and development they need.


My Plan meetings with your line manager should be progressing to ensure your objectives for 2022/23 are agreed and personal development plans are created for the year.

The My Plan template has been simplified with the removal of the criminal records and drivers checks which will be administered through a different process – we'll let you know more about this shortly. Find out more, including guidance and the new My Plan template.

The My Plan timeline includes setting goals, interim and year-end reviews, which should also be complimented by regular conversations with your line manager throughout the year.

My Plan will complement, not replace, the existing supervision practices within adult social care and health and children's services departments. And senior leaders will continue on the PDR pilot for 2022/23 using the digital app.
