We've used valuable feedback from focus groups and over 300 survey responses to redesign a new HR section on Our Derbyshire and we're excited to say that this is now live and ready for you to use.
The new HR section brings together all areas of HR into one place and features a new HR policies page, a quick reference contact HR page, and easy access to commonly sought HR information, such as the Working for Us booklet and SAP Fiori guidance.
We have significantly improved the search function for HR information, making sure that the terms you regularly search for are linked to the correct information and policies. So, whether you use the direct link to the HR section from the home page, or you use the search bar, you'll be able to find what you're looking for.
We've also included a feedback form to ensure that we continue to make improvements.
