New Assistant Director of HR

Ruth Casey has now started as our new Assistant Director of HR, as part of the People and Organisational Change team.

Ruth joins us from Loughborough University and brings with her a strong track record in strategic leadership, service transformation, workforce planning, inclusion, wellbeing, and culture change across large public-sector organisations.

She will play a key role in supporting us as we look to develop and improve our operating models and ways of working, as well as the overall service offered by the council.
