New recycling regulations in our offices

31 March 2025

New regulations will come in to force on Monday 31 March that require us, along with all other businesses, to separate all recycling from general waste.

In many of our workplaces we already separate our recycling, however, from Monday we must ensure that our recyclable materials are kept separate from general waste.

All of our sites should have the following bins in kitchen / breakout areas:

  • dry mixed recycling – for clean paper, card, metal and plastic
  • general waste – for anything that cannot be recycled
  • food waste – collected in a caddy with clear liner or corn starch (eco) liner-food waste

These bins should be clearly labelled to allow you to separate waste appropriately.

We appreciate your support in helping us comply with this legislation and improve our recycling rates.
